All guests must sign application and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the application. A copy of your driver's license or government issued identification must be provided at time of application.

30% required upon approved application.
Balance remaining plus security deposit is due 30 days prior to rental dates.

Cancellation policy & changing a booking

• The Owners are entitled to treat the booking of any Renter as cancelled if:
• The Renter gives written notification of cancellation to The Owners;
• The Renter fails to pay the balance of rent by the time specified in the rental receipt.

Once a reservation has been accepted and confirmed, a cancellation can be made under the following terms:

• If the period of rental can be re-booked, a refund for the period re-rented or the part thereof, less a 15% of the original rental amount will be applied.
• If any part of the rental period cannot be re-booked, The Renter will forfeit all monies paid for that period.

If there is a Government issued ban on short term rentals due to a pandemic then 100% monies will be returned to the Renter.

If The Owner must cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances all monies paid will be refunded.
